Staff is polite and helpful. Mechanics seem to have less than desirable knowledge of their work and don’t take the extra step to find a problem. They felt a wire had been cut, supposedly by me, and didn’t even try to find out what it went to, choosing instead to blame me and tell me my warranty wouldn’t cover it. More

Our last experience was kind of weird. We had a check engine light on, yet the service writer said we did not need to bring it in. We could wait until it was more serious.
