I went in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. An incident occurred resulting in a tire being damaged. The tire was replaced and I was not charged for the oil change and tire rotation. I told them that I appreciate how they handled this, accidents happen. It’s how we handle it that matters. Granger is a good dealership and I will continue to do business with them. More
