Dear Mr. Maxwell, Thank you for taking my call yesterday. I again apologize for not returning your call. I was going on information received from Kenny that all of your concerns had been addressed when you arrived to pick up your vehicle. I had no problem picking up the phone and calling you as soon as I realized that was not the case. By now you should have received a full refund on your credit card as I agreed to do. At Granger, our policy is to always strive to do the right thing without regard to profit. We made some errors during the process, and we just want to make it right as best possible. We should have never offered to take your truck in because of the back log of work we had in the shop at the time coupled with the time constraints you were under. We also mis-quoted you for diagnosis for an air conditioner repair. Diagnosis on AC repairs can get lengthy. My advisor was not aware of the extended time required to properly diagnose. That's my fault. Both errors are being addressed and I hope the refund shows our intent was always to do the right thing. Same as always and very good Okay time wasn't too bad but the guy that was in there with he waited over 2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation took about the the same for me for tire replacement More
