Ask if they put oil in the oil filter before the put the new filter on and they said never have knew that was how you did it but the lady said they only wipe it on the rubber on the filter. She said she never heard of fills filer up with oil. She said the truck don't require that. My husband said that wrong and y'all should know better More

Had some ups and downs with my last truck in and out of the shop and still was in the shop when I traded it in with Transmission issues . I Bought in 2022 with it showing 1 minor wreck in 2020 . Year Later the shop and still was in the shop when I traded it in with Transmission issues . I Bought in 2022 with it showing 1 minor wreck in 2020 . Year Later 3 more wrecks came up that happened In 2021 all in 3 months . I ended up really upside down. This buy was a brand new truck and Rusty was so helpful and knowledgeable. Showed me all the features In the truck and answered all my questions. He really was on my side to help me in my unfortunate situation with my trade. Rusty went upove and beyond to help me. Rusty was very polite and patient with my hesitation in my purchase. Rusty is a very good salesman that knows his job and for the customer. More
