Allison, I can see where we had text communication with you 7 time between 11/15 and 11/20. Todd, your service advisor, was working on research to help you with the expired extended warranty to see if we could get you some from them between 11/20 and 11/27 during which he had 2 phone calls back and forth with you according to our records. The communication was limited during these 7 days so I assume that's the period you are referring to. He assumed you were still working with your extended warranty attempting to get some help from them although it expired in May. I talked to you on the 28th and told you I would work up some options to get your vehicle repaired. According to notes on the repair order Todd talked to you 12/1 and you authorized a new transmission replacement at that time. I agree the communication between 11/20 and 11/27 was lacking but we thought we were waiting on you to make a decision since the extended warranty company had declined any further repairs. forgive us please for our lack of communication during this time. The transmission was ordered on 12/2/23 and arrived 12/4/23 at which time it went back into line with our transmission tech for install. The transmission was installed 12/5 and completed 12/6. Did you have a rental or other unusual expense during this time that perhaps I could help you with? Again, I apologize for the delays and lack of communication on our part. Texting was the only way to ever get a hold of anyone. I can show the number of times I called the service department and the number of message I left. The only way I could ever get Todd or you on the phone was if you happened to answer the service department phone. I work in customer service and know how important returning someone’s call is. I also need to bring the vehicle back because it is still having issues with shifting in the lower gears. Of course it is very difficult to be without a vehicle again. I’m just losing confidence after I just spent so much money for it to be repaired
