Granger Chevrolet responded

Stephen, We check your tire pressures using a tire gauge. Sometimes the TPMS system isn't always completely accurate in what the car is reporting on the instrument panel. Or if one tire is exposed to the sun where the car is parked more than others it will heat up faster thus increasing tire pressure by 2-3 pounds. I've had it happen on my own vehicle after an oil change where the pressures showing on the instrument panel are a few pounds apart. But when I re-checked them using a gauge they were all within one PSI of the same. Temperature also plays a big role. As air shrinks during the cold weather, we are currently experiencing each tire doesn't always shrink at the same rate. As for forgetting your reminder sticker, I apologize. I have counselled all of techs and the service advisors to insure this doesn't happen again. Next time you are in the store come see me and I will arrange to have your car washed and vacuumed for you if you would like. We strive to earn a 5.0 survey every visit. Thank you for calling these deficiencies to our attention and giving us an opportunity to take corrective action to better serve you.
