I cannot dispute anything you said in your review. We got in a hurry and made mistakes along the way. I do apologize for our shortcomings. I have shared your review my technicians and service advisors as well. We made mistakes, we did our best to make it right every step of the way by providing a full free detail not just wipe the handprint off and providing a new set of mats in the package for the ones that were misplaced. Thank you for your honest reply. Your service rep, Kenny, was extremely concerned and did a great job of resolving the issues to our satisfaction. I totally understand mistakes can be made, especially when there is more than one person involved in the process. Our truck was very nicely detailed inside and out and I was quite impressed, other than you losing our floor mats. I simply offer the suggestion that you add a final step to your process, to make a quick inspection of the vehicle before it's turned over to the customer. Again, we've been quite pleased with both sales and service at Granger, and have given you several referrals, and will continue to do so. And thank you, we enjoy driving the '46 Ford anytime we get the chance. You'll see us out and about in it going for a cruise or to a car show.
