Satisfying Experience I needed a truck and I wasn't looking for anything too new or fancy. I called them up and they had a truck that they hadn't even put on their website I needed a truck and I wasn't looking for anything too new or fancy. I called them up and they had a truck that they hadn't even put on their website yet that sounded just right for what I needed. So I went in and their salesmen were friendly and relaxed. Not your typical "pushy" used car types that I've dealt with in the past that have the gleam of a commission in their eyes. It's an older truck and they were pretty straight about what i was getting. Test drove it, checked it out thoroughly and the paperwork process was fairly painless. Probably the simplest used car experience I've had actually. One month later and the truck is still driving great. More

Lemon Well, Long story short I was sold a lemon, promised an oil change never got it, promised more for my trade never got it, sure I signed for it, Stupid Well, Long story short I was sold a lemon, promised an oil change never got it, promised more for my trade never got it, sure I signed for it, Stupid me, never saw the carfax. Check engine light came on during test drive and he reset it and when i asked it wasnt there so I guess shame on me again. After 24 hours I wanted to return the car and Jose said "Sorry the car is your Bro" "You can talk to the bank" Keep in mind that is day 1 and since then I have spent thousands of dollars fixing this hunk of junk and when I wanted to give it back to them they never returned my call. As a matter of Fact, I believe the only positive comment was the manager that is a 49ers fan. I cant imagine that they had a good customer experience. More
I noticed a few bad reviews on this site so I went into the dealership kinda of nervous. After meeting Pablo and test driving a few cars I went away very impressed. I returned the following week to purchas the dealership kinda of nervous. After meeting Pablo and test driving a few cars I went away very impressed. I returned the following week to purchase the Volkswagen Jetta I had test drove, and could not be more happy with the car. It is most definitely not a new car, but it has been cleaned up great and I have had no problems with it period. For a car with 100,000 miles the car runs excellently, and I paid about 1,000 less than everywhere else I looked. The whole buying process was a pleasure and I will definitely be dealing with them in the future. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. More
How to start. Well lets start by needing a dependable 4x4 vehicle. An of course why not a Land Rover right. The body looks straight the interior was in good shape. A few buttons were missing but the satisfac vehicle. An of course why not a Land Rover right. The body looks straight the interior was in good shape. A few buttons were missing but the satisfaction that they worked an the seats still adjusted I was fine with. Test drove the car an it was great. 2 days later. I came up to recieve the car since I had no prior insurance. I drove the car off the lot an within 5 min. The ABS, AirBag, An Hill decent control came on. I came back immediately an told him about the sitution. He then went on an said, "Lets go for a ride". Well that ride turned into lettin my mechanic see it. His mechanic took a look at it. An he told me that his cars are inspected by me the only other mechanic that works on foreign vehiecls. How so? When there is issues with this? Mechanic insisted it was fine. I drove it for a month. Until another part on my car went bad. Now my car doesnt start!!! His name was Jason an hes such the biggest joker ever!!! For your own sake save some money an get something reliable. Stay away from GRANDSTAND AUTO. THEY ARE NO GOOD!!! SAVE YOUR 4000Gs an fix a car worth fixing not a car that you purchased for 12,000! More
Grandstand Auto Sales has to be the worst Dealership I have ever encountered. This is coming from someone that has purchased over 10 vehicles from dealerships in his lifetime. Where do I start! From t have ever encountered. This is coming from someone that has purchased over 10 vehicles from dealerships in his lifetime. Where do I start! From the salesman "Jason" saying, "WHATEVER" in every other sentence when I was inquiring about the vehicle, to doing the complete opposite of what the customer (this writer) was asking of him. For example, I asked him to send me specific pictures of the vehicle, since their website was limited, and because I was considering making an out of State purchase. When I noticed he didn't send the pictures we agreed to, his response was, "Whatever" I didn't send you the pictures of the seats because they're in great condition." I was like okaaaay, but since I'm the potential buyer, shouldn't I be the judge of that for myself. Then he flipped the price in a matter of hours on me from 18, 000 delivered to 19, 250. Unbelieveable! When I provided him with the records from their most recent inspection of the vehicle at Mercedes Benz of Tri Cities and advised him as to why Grandstand Auto Sales refused to service the several items noted to which included: two suspension issues, a 13 pin connector leak, cover to the windshield wiper, and contimanted brake fluid to name a few, his response was, "the key is RECOMENDED. They will always recommend to do things to a car that is not brand NEW! Philosophy "if its not new then I would recommend that it could be replaced" How do you think a service department is the most profitable part of a new car franchise." Consequently, due to my inquisitiveness and assertiveness, he decided to recommend that I find a vehicle elsewhere by saying via email, "You came out the gate rude that's when I decided not to sell the car anymore, hence the Whatever! You actually told me you look like a mom and pop car store in a condescending way,,, you bet we are 20 years now. But really that's when you were not going get to buy the car. Be angry or whatever I hope you find your car!" The aforementioned was exactly Jason's response to me verbatim! Just because I asked him if the Delaership was a "Mom and Pop shop" during our first conversation! As you can clearly see above, he became vindicative and from the beginning was going to do whatever was not in my best interest to discourage me to not buy the car, or get ripped off by sporadically changing the figures on the deal and refusing to negotiate repairs that are hazardous and suspension related. Refusing to send an out of state customer at the minimum quality close up pictures of the interior seats. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM GRAND STAND AUTO SALES!!!! COMPLETE RIP OFF AND HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! More
