I received a call from John and Gaylene. A few days later I visited the dealership where I was greeted by the staff. Shortly afterward, when Gaylene went to bring my Sportage around for a test drive, Maria the co-owner, came over to talk. It wasn't sales pitchy at all. We talked about our kids, where we originated from, etc. I was in a hurry. They respected such] and made the process efficient. Questions asked and answered. I told them what I wanted to pay, they made it happen. No games as far as I could see. They arranged for me to drive the SUV home for the evening (because I was in a hurry and didn't have time to deal with paperwork.) I returned the next day even more happy with my decision. Signed paperwork, spent time visiting with one of the sales personnel and off I went. I kept waiting for the bomb to drop...never happened. It even shows the odds of winning the $1000 at 2 in 75000. These people need to educate themselves as to what a lie is. If lies and empty promises is how you lure people into your business, then we must assume that you are desperate and are on the verge of closing your dealership. Myself and my wife both called before going to the dealership to make sure this wasn't a scam. We where both told we had won the money with no strings attached. The Kia Sportgae EX we purchased was everything and more that we had hoped to buy. He took a lot of time showing us all of the bells and whistles (we would not have found most of them for a long time on our own!). Kudos to Trevaughn's low key, no pressure style and his sincere helpfulness. We'd recommend him, the dealership and especially the CAR to any of our friends. Satisfied Customers! Do not waste your time, especially if you live all the way down in Montrose. Wasting people's time and gas is an excellent way to xxxx them off before they even become potential customers.
