My salesmen was great, got more for my money. Met Sean and discussed what I was looking for. The next day he called and had found what I was interested in. Sylvia was nice to deal with Actually talked to Sylvia on the cheaper lot about 6 months ago.... she was great to deal with... we bought a 2011 f150 with like 70,000 miles I love Actually talked to Sylvia on the cheaper lot about 6 months ago.... she was great to deal with... we bought a 2011 f150 with like 70,000 miles I love the truck really clean ....probably could of got it a little cheaper else where but when it's what you want it's what you want...Sylvia did what she could to get the price as low as she could...plus we got the 2yr warranty at cost...which was a extra 1500 but only covers everything for 24,000 miles... so I would go back... so if headed to grand valley auto see her.... When it sounds too good to be true. I was so happy to get a friendly, honest dealer, but as the saying goes...We, my children and I, purchased a used 2007 Jeep. My specifics were 3rd row I was so happy to get a friendly, honest dealer, but as the saying goes...We, my children and I, purchased a used 2007 Jeep. My specifics were 3rd row seating, 4wd or all wheel, with reasonable payments. After being shown the crappiest vehicle on the lot, (I assumed a dealer set up, but he seemed so honest), we are shown the Jeep. We had minor complaints, it was disgustingly filthy, seatbelts were messed up, side mirror needed fixed, and wanted rock chip repaired. I noticed he was so quick to agree, but again he was just being kind, right?. He explained he would also throw in a free, full tank of gas if I have him 5 stars before we picked the jeep up and he would call when all was ready. We were rushed and hushed through the paperwork, (any questions I had or time I took to read was rushed and blown off.) After 2 days jeep was "detailed" and problems were "fixed"... we picked up a disgustigly filthy jeep that had been vacuumed at best, with 1 seatbelt fixed out of 2 and the side mirror on order. No mention of rock chip. I was not shown anything about the vehicle and did not know the "right" questions to ask. We were without a vehicle so I felt I should trust him. Upon driving home the service 4wd system, light came on. (Maybe a coincidence?) By the next day a puddle of anti freeze was under the vehicle. By day 2 the heater would no longer work and would blow only cold air. I googled info and tried putting anti freeze in again. This gave us heat until day 5. On day 3 my son's passenger side handle would no longer open the door. Today, day 10, it has been 5 days and no return call from dealer Luke Lyman. I will be the FIRST to admit I do not know enough about vehicles to check for these things, I am the typical single mom cliche with the deer in the headlights look. I guess I was hoping that the almost 5 star rated dealer was going to be different than the typical dishonest, salesman. Guess they offer a lot more free full tanks of gas than just for me. More
Good sales team but bad general manager My saleswoman was amazing. She demonstrated great customer service and bent over backwards for me. The general manager Beian Neeley on the other hand was extremely rude and was degrading. I've had problems with my car since day one. The saleswoman was amazing and tried her best to get the issue resolved. Brian just created problems and wasn't very helpful at all. He has no customer service and thinks just cause he is management he can act anyway he pleases and that's not the way to be. And it was very upsetting on day 2 of owning my car it wasn't drivable and he refused to giving a loaner for the day even though he had some available. He made feel like I was a waste of his time and that I wasn't a valued customer. He doesn't realize that this is not the only dealership in town and I could take my business somewhere else. if it weren't for my amazing sales woman he wouldve lost my sale. All in all it comes down to this. My saleswoman was amazing and the manager Brian Neeley had poor management skills. More
