They no-showed 3 different times, to pick up my car and fix what was agreed on. Joe the manger, called my home and accused my family of stealing his "$300.00" pair of sunglasses from a loaner car. They d fix what was agreed on. Joe the manger, called my home and accused my family of stealing his "$300.00" pair of sunglasses from a loaner car. They drove my car through an iPass, with-out paying, 2 times. Then sold me a car they said had the "110 point inspection, everything passed at 50% or better." When actually both front and rear brakes were at less than 1MM. I contacted them to discuss this matter, and Joe laughed on the phone at me and called me a liar! Joe not only was, not willing to help me, he would not transfer me to the General Manager or dealership owner. I contacted Subaru directly, they took care of the situation!! After contacting Subaru costumer service, Grand Subaru finally contacted me to try to resolve the problem. It was already taken care of by a different dealership. The General Manager Ryan, then defended Joe on all counts! Stay Far Away From Grand Subaru!!!! More
I was so impressed with this dealer that I've been posting a positive review anywhere I can. You can see my review on Yelp for more details (my name is Bryan B) but I was very pleased with the enti posting a positive review anywhere I can. You can see my review on Yelp for more details (my name is Bryan B) but I was very pleased with the entire process of buying a new car at Grand Subaru. I did a lot of research and really felt like I was well-prepared for a long haggling process and underhanded dealing, but Benny's first offer was surprisingly close to what we'd hoped to pay and we were able to get exactly what we wanted for a very fair price. We could have haggled more, but I appreciated his honesty and transparency. He did talk us into upgrading our warranty, but we put a lot of mileage on our car and it was worth it to us. Maybe another dealer could have beat the price, but the experience was entirely pleasurable, we got a reasonable deal, and we feel great about our new Subaru. More

Andrzej at Grand Subaru dealerships that just treated me like complete scum. just because i look young they thought that i couldnt afford a new sti. Andrzej at Grand Subaru was different. walked up to me . shook my hand and treated me like a buyer and with respect. we spent a good hour talking about subaru performance parts and he really seems to know what he is talking about when it comes to those kind of things. i would recommend this dealership to anyone. treated right , great price and service is a+++++++++++ More
The salesman was a friendly enough fellow and on Internet quotes would give probably their best deal. The sales manager appeared friendly though would push you into buying the extended Gold Plus warranty an quotes would give probably their best deal. The sales manager appeared friendly though would push you into buying the extended Gold Plus warranty and throw in free maintenance to make it a better deal. Half the value of the "free" maintenance is a roadside assistance program. He was reluctant to tell you the standard warranty covered all for three years. Even with the maintenance freebie, the extended warranty is overpriced by hundreds of dollars. This would explain the willingness to drop the deductible. I reluctantly fell into that trap. Fortunately, Subaru gives you 90 days to change your mind and get back all your money on the extended contracts. Canceling the extended warranty and maintenance was somewhat a challenge in that the dealer tried for maybe 20 minutes to change my mind. I had to be direct and essentially tell then to shut up, I was canceling. On another note, when I mentioned to the sales manager I planned on taking the car to Z-tech for protective coatings, he would sell me the Protector complete package for $1600 good for seven years. I said I could get it locally for $300 with annual maintenance. He came down to $600, about market value. The sales manager also tried to get me into a higher interest loan. I pointed out that Subaru had a better deal. With this dealer, do your research, be firm, and don't buy anything more than the car and threaten to leave if they don't cooperate. More
