I received a no-haggle Internet price quote immediately (on a Sunday!) which was very fair, and then made an appointment, came into the dealership, and was out in two-and-a-half hours, which included a test drive. The people were friendly and there was no pressure to purchase any of the extra add-ons. I would highly recommend doing business with Grand Subaru! More
I was set to buy a car from another dealership and send an email to Dan. In the course of three days we worked a great deal saving me about 8% over what I would have paid at another dealership. It was enough that I drove two hours to buy the car from them. That is REAL money when buying a car. They don't BS on pricing, they sell at a great price and with minimal hassle. I have always been a truck guy so to by a XV Crosstrek was a little unnerving, but they made it easy. I anticipate great after care service as well. Thanks Grand. More

They claimed that I owed them money from the refund of an old warranty from my trade in, and they held my car and refused to let me leave until I paid them $850. They didn't try to contact me about this money, they waitied until I brought the car in for service and they had control over the car to tell me that they wanted this $850. If I was less fortunate I would not have been able to pay them, and I would not have my car anymore. It's not about the money so much, as it is about how they went about getting it. To wait for me to be in a position where they could force me to pay or suffer their wrath is underhanded and sneaky as all xxxx. BEWARE OF THESE GUYS, THEY SEEM NICE UP FRONT, BUT THEY WILL STAB YOU IN THE BACK THE FIRST CHANCE THEY GET. More

No bait and switch tactics. No lies. I went with internet pricing. Joe gave me a quote and after a couple of emails back and forth we had a deal. It was the easiest and most painless car purchase I ever had in my life. I could have stayed with the closest dealership to home for convenience. But by reading customer reviews I knew I would have not been as happy or satisfied. A couple of weeks ago my family purchased another vehicle from Joe and Grand Subaru. A 2014 Forester Premium. There was never any doubt that I wouldn't return to Grand. Customer Service, outstanding. Service, outstanding. Pricing, outstanding. Joe, well, he's the best. John Rabenda walked us through our paper work and financing and was extremely helpful. I would go out of my way to recommend this dealership to anyone. You won't be disappointed. More
This was our first experience with "internet shopping" for price quotes and we were scepticle when we recieved such an excellent offer. We were suprised and extremely pleased to discover that the quote was what we paid. No hidden fees, no add-ons. This was an excellent experience for us and we would absolutely recommend Grand Subaru to family and friends and should we buy another Subaru we would use Grand Subaru. More

We traveled 5 hours to Grand Subaru because they hands down had the best price. We wanted to buy local but they couldn't touch them. Rented a car.........they picked us up and got us back on the road to beat a blizzard. Sandy was outstanding in educating us on our new Outback to just all around friendly. She was so patient (even though it was late) when we realized we didn't have our proof of insurance and couldn't locate anyone at home to help. Sandy finally got home to her little ones and we drove directly into a blizzard...but our outback didn't let us down and either did Sandy. My husband would probably write a similar review of Grand Subaru. John was a joy to work with as well. I have already shared our experience with many and hopefully some will put in the extra time when it's time to buy a new vehicle. More
I recently bought a new Subaru outback from Sandy Jackson at Grand Subaru in Bensenville Il. There was no hard sell tactics, no surprises and everyone that I dealt with did an excellent job. I am already considering buying another car from Sandy even though it has only been 2 day's. More

We purchased our second Subaru from Grand Subaru after having a horrible experience with Evanston Subaru; who I would never recommend. Our expereicne with the team from Grand was excpetional from my first inquiry to signing the paper work. Bill replied to my emails quickly and did not pestor me with emails or calls but waited for me to respond. When Bill became ill Ryan the General Sales manager stepped in and kept the conversation going. Ultimately the conbination of customer service and price made it the reason we purchased our Outback from the team at Grand and we will continue to buy other cars from them in the future. I would recommend this dealer, in fact I already have to a few of our firends who are looking for new cars. You will not be disappointed working with this team, they are not your usual car sales team. More
I found an ad for a used car at the dealership through Cars.com. Through email I was connected with Dan. We negotiated a price as well as talked about my trade-in all through email. When I arrived at our agreed time, the car was warmed up and in their work area so I was able to look at it without having to endure the cold weather. Dan gave treated me with professionalism and courtesy through the experience. He went to the point of over communicating and making himself available on his off days to make the sale went through and my bank had what it needed. I would definitely recommend him to others looking for a used or new car. More
