That was – BY FAR - the most pleasurable car buying experiences I have ever had. (and… yes, it may seem weird to some to see pleasurable and car buying in the same sentence). I would highly recommend Grand Subaru when buying a car. I had been to 3 other Subaru dealerships before coming to Grand and everyone had me believing that besides having to order and wait 3 months for a 20 I had been to 3 other Subaru dealerships before coming to Grand and everyone had me believing that besides having to order and wait 3 months for a 2014 Forester XT Touring, I would have to pay full price. One dealer did drop to $500 over invoice when he had a XT Touring on the lot but Melissa and Ryan blew everybody out of the water, literally! It just happened that after I ordered with Grand, a dealer received a XT Touring in the color I wanted with most of the options I wanted but I did not have the heart to tell him I had ordered a vehicle or the price I paid. Besides the price, I can honestly say that this purchase was painless! Melissa and Ryan treated me extremely well and made my purchase a pleasant experience. Once again, I would highly recommend Grand Subaru when buying a car! More

I received a no-haggle Internet price quote immediately (on a Sunday!) which was very fair, and then made an appointment, came into the dealership, and was out in two-and-a-half hours, which included a test drive. The people were friendly and there was no pressure to purchase any of the extra add-ons. I would highly recommend doing business with Grand Subaru! More

It was enough that I drove two hours to buy the car from them. That is REAL money when buying a car. They don't BS on pricing, they sell at a great price and with minimal hassle. They claimed that I owed them m These guys are thiefs. I went to them for some service and they refused to return my car to me after I paid the bill. They claimed that I owed them money from the refund of an old warranty from my trade in, and they held my car and refused to let me leave until I paid them $850. They didn't try to contact me about this money, they waitied until I brought the car in for service and they had control over the car to tell me that they wanted this $850. If I was less fortunate I would not have been able to pay them, and I would not have my car anymore. It's not about the money so much, as it is about how they went about getting it. To wait for me to be in a position where they could force me to pay or suffer their wrath is underhanded and sneaky as all xxxx. BEWARE OF THESE GUYS, THEY SEEM NICE UP FRONT, BUT THEY WILL STAB YOU IN THE BACK THE FIRST CHANCE THEY GET. More
