Me and my wife were on the market for our sons first car, we emailed several Subaru and Scion dealers about the Subaru BRZ/FR-S and they were all no where close to what Sandy Jackson quoted for us. No other dealer could deliver the blue BRZ for 3-6 weeks, they all had to order from the factory but Sandy got it for us in 3 days. When we arrived to pick up the car Sandy said it was even cheaper than what she quoted on. The whole buying process took less than 2 hours and Grand Subaru is not pushy about the extra add-on's or warranty's. I live in downtown Chicago temporarily, and it's hard to reach this dealer through public transportation since I don't have a car yet. There is a different Subaru dealer closer to downtown but the ratings were not so great. So I bit the bullet and took the 2-hour trip to Grand Subaru. Glad I did so. Chris Czaja was my sales manager. The price he quoted in email is slightly better comparing to 4-5 dealers nearby. The service is good, they even sent shuttle to pick me up, and Chris drove me to the train station after my first visit, because I didn't know the PACE bus does not stop at York/Grand on weekend and got dropped off at the last stop still a few miles away from the dealer. I also like their process in which vehicle purchasing and financing are two relatively independent steps, so they probably cannot coordinate to try to give you a good price up front but rip you off in the financing. And about the price: price is good in first quote, but they don't negotiate. At first I feel a bit disappointed because I came ready for negotiation, but on the other hand I agree it's a simpler process saving each other some pain and tension, and leave a better dealer-customer relationship which may be mutually beneficial in long term. They could get busy at times and there could be short waits in between steps, but the manager was always polite. Based on my experience so far, I will return to a Grand Subaru for maintenance as well as repairs, and who knows maybe a larger car if my family grows, as long as the good experience holds for the long run. I requested a quote online for the XV Crosstrek I saw on the Grand Subaru's website. Sandy was very prompt in response with an e-mail and a phone call. Sandy and I communicated several times via e-mail before I actually went into the dealership for a test drive and receive an offer for my trade-in. Unfortunately, the Crosstek I was interested in was sold before I arrived at the dealership. Sandy searched other local dealerships and was able to locate another Crosstrek meeting my specifications. I had to wait several weeks for delivery, but it was well worth it. The process was seamless, with the exception of one small situation which Sandy went out of her way to correct. I love my XV Crosstrek, it is awesome as well as my experience with Sandy Jackson. More

Best New Car buying Experience Ever!!!! I just picked up my 2015 WRX from Grand Subaru which makes it my 3rd brand new WRX purchased from that dealership. I keep on coming back because buying a new car there is a hustle free experience, no one can beat their pricing, no other dealership comes close to the trade-in value and their customer service is to simply put it awesome!!! I always deal with Joe D'Andrea who is extremely easy to deal with and he always goes out of his way to please a customer....(last week I was trading in 2 cars in order to buy my WRX and that meant I had to go to the dealership twice. Once I dropped of my first car I had made arrangements for a friend to pick me up at the dealership so he could drive me to my house (20 min away) but once I told Joe about my friend picking me up he insisted about giving me a ride!)
