I brought my Chevy Cruze in to your service department to resolve an issue. I arrived, early for my appointment (7:20am). When I got out of my car, I was greeted instantly by one of your team, Brian Bramley. He got the ball rolling and had me on my way to work in minutes with a “have a nice day wave” – Just like on TV!!!!! I have dealt with several GM dealerships through the years, driving luxury cars, and received excellent service almost always, but nothing compares with the service at Grand Prize, as well as, the attentiveness and professionalism of Mr. Bramley. With an employee like him on your staff, you can be certain of customer loyalty. More
My wife and I were looking for a new SUV to be our family car. We were going back and forth between different manufacturers and dealerships. Grand Prize is the dealership closest to our home. I have my 2007 Saturn Vue Redline serviced there and my experience at the service center was a big reason I wanted to purchase our 2012 Acadia SLT there. Our Sales Representative Richard Clinton was very helpful and patient during our 3 month search for the right vehicle. We visited the dealership many times over that period and Richard greeted us by name and answered all our questions. We are very happy with our vehicle and how the deapership worked to find the model we wanted. Thank you Grand Prize. More
Own a Chevy Cruze and GMC Acadia which were both bought at Grand Prize and service them both here. Carl always greets me with a smile and takes the stress out of the car service experience. Purchased a Escalade at this dealer. Had dealer install a remote start. Remote start was interferring with the alarm and sometimes the car wouldn't start.This problem continued for over a year. Maybe 3 to 4 remote start. Remote start was interferring with the alarm and sometimes the car wouldn't start.This problem continued for over a year. Maybe 3 to 4 times. You would have to wait 15 minuits for it to start. After being to dealer several times they said the problem was the remote start. Thet wanted $800 to remove the old remote start and install new wiring loom as they said it should never have been installed. I told them they installed it. They said the dealer had changed owners from Norris to Grand Prize and it was my problem. The General Manager was the same guy at Norris that I purchased the car from and he was quite arrogent about it. I just purchased a new Escalade from Mahwah Cadilac and I am very happy with them. I have recommended sevaral friends to Mahwah as they were not happy with this dealer as well. More
