Had my 2009 Chevy Traverse LTZ towed in on a wednesday morning due to severe overheating and engine failure, the manager called me Thursday with the diagnostics explaining everything,he had a lot of patie morning due to severe overheating and engine failure, the manager called me Thursday with the diagnostics explaining everything,he had a lot of patience answering my nerve racking questions, he told me that it might take a week to repair my vehicle so i asked him if i'm eligible for a car rental under the GM warranty, i was, he took care of the car rental reservation, i just had to pick it up, it was a Chevy Silverado LT with just 6K Miles, O Man was that fun... my next vehicle is a Chevy Silverado... Friday noon [2 days later!] he calls me up and tells me that my vehicle is ready for pickup and that i can drop off the rental at the service area. my vehicle runs like brand new and for a bonus he repaired the remote starter which i didn't even ask him to. More

I went in looking to buy a new 12 Tahoe.He said he could located what I wanted. I left before helocated one and went to 3 other Dealers shopping to see if I could get the lowest price.I went to Paramus Chev located what I wanted. I left before helocated one and went to 3 other Dealers shopping to see if I could get the lowest price.I went to Paramus Chevy and the gave me a price.When I talked to Joe and got his price,it was $2000 more.I told him what The price that I got and he said"Have a nice Life"and hung up.5 minutes later He called me and said that his Manager said that they would beat it by $100 because they didn't want to lose my Business. I said fine and gave him my credit card over the phone for a deposit.He never charged it but they never came through with a car!He called me atleast a week later and told me the deal is off. I really think it was a scam.I had called to talk to the sales Manager and he never returned my call. I did get a hold of the GM, Forget his name,Albanes? He said sorry that they couldn't get me the car.He never even try to get me another car. Needless to say I went shopping a bought a new car from Hawthorne Chevy in NJ I have used this Dealer for service and still will since the service dept. was good and it is close to me. This seems funny to me also,I saw On facebook that a friend of mine bought a new car and I asked him that I hoped he didn't get it at Grand Prize.He said he got it from Paramus Chevy because Grand Prize were A.. H....!!! More
Friday morning, my 1st day of vacation going down to the shore, my tailgate would not open allowing me to pack up my Cadillac SRX. I drove it to the dealer to see if they could figure out what was wrong. I shore, my tailgate would not open allowing me to pack up my Cadillac SRX. I drove it to the dealer to see if they could figure out what was wrong. I was told I would have to leave it. They couldn't even look at it to see if was something simple. No exceptions to the RULES. No out of the box customer service. I had my wife pick me up. Twenty minutes after getting home (are you kidding me), service called to let me know they looked at it and it was a bad tailgate strut. They would have to order the part and it would take until Monday to get it. They could install it on Tuesday. Monday...no call, Tuesday..no call, Wednesday..no call so I called them. It was in (their focus on customer service...amazing). Thursday morning I got up at 7:00 to get my SRX to them by 7:30am. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour before they told me I would have to leave it because it was a bigger job than they thought. However they would give me a rental car. The Enterprize Driver was already there for another customer so they asked me to take the ride to the office down the street. At the Enterprize Office I was advised there were no more cars available and I would have to be driven to Monsey for a car. Thirty five minutes later (rush hour traffic) I was given a car (the cheapest, littlest car they could find). It had no gas so we had to take a ride to the gas station to fill it. I finally got to work at 10:00 (a three hour ordeal). Thirty minutes after being at work, the dealer called to tell me it was fixed. OMG. You can't make this up. More
