Great Service Experience 97K+ miles had transmission issues. Jim Kobernick pointed out to me that the repair will be covered under the 100K powertrain warranty. Professional and Courteous Staff. I had scheduled an appointment for Monday June 5th (?) at 1:30. When I got there I was advised that there was an unanticipated backup and that the wa I had scheduled an appointment for Monday June 5th (?) at 1:30. When I got there I was advised that there was an unanticipated backup and that the waiting time would be 2-2 1/2 hours. The "recall" service would take about an hour. The appt. was rescheduled for Wed. The service received upon my return visit was excellent. However one of your staff members should have called me on Monday to advise me of the time frame issue and let me know my options. Fortunately, my residence is on;y 10 minutes away. I can''t rate or recommend your overall dealership since I have never purchased a car from you. My encounters have been limited to two service appointments. Your staff of customer advocates are very professional and courteous. The repairs made to the car were done right the first time. That is important to me. More
