I made an appointment for a 10am oil change/tire rotation. I wound up dropping it off the night before. I was called by 9:15 am that the service was all complete. No drama, no issues. A rotation. I got to the dealer a bit late (normal time for me). Jason came out and took me right away. Asked a few questions and showed me to the waiting area. Even in the midst of a pandemic, Grand Prize is no excuses. Very refreshing. Also, the service center is very clean and I had no concerns about being there.
