Gas Filler Problem I was very upset when I could not put gas in my new car because the filler was frozen. Unfortunately it was a Friday night; however, Laura quickly secured a rental for me until they could provide me with one of their cars. Comfortable wait I waited in a comfortable lounge while waiting for my car to be finished. They offered an array of coffees, teas, and hot chocolate alone with donuts. Oil change I made and appointment to have my oil changed this Monday at 10:15a. I expected to wait about 30 minuets with an appointment. I reluctantly agreed and waited more then 1 1/2hrs. This is totally unacceptable. I can go to a car wash or oil change shop and have it done in 15 - 20 minuets. Very disappointed More
