Fast convenient I understand that when you have your car serviced that unexpected items may come up. What I don't understand is that there were four other customers i I understand that when you have your car serviced that unexpected items may come up. What I don't understand is that there were four other customers in the waiting area that were told that they needed a wheel alignment, including myself. That makes 5 customers needing a wheel alignment. In my opinion the dealership was upselling every customer that was there for service, pushing wheel alignments. My vehicle only had 14,000 miles on it. I know the north east has potholes but did my car really need one? More
