Initial Oil Change 2019 Corvette Grand Sport If I could give this dealerships service department zero stars I would. I took my 2019 corvette Grand Sport in for its initial oil change with an app If I could give this dealerships service department zero stars I would. I took my 2019 corvette Grand Sport in for its initial oil change with an appointment for Wednesday , September 26 2018 thinking I shouldn't have any issues. I noticed after dropping my vehicle off Tuesday morning that there was not a single corvette on the lot, or even advertised on their website. So this makes me think, should I trust this dealership? So Wednesday comes, and I never hear from the dealership so I make a call. They tell me they never got to the car, and I understand sometimes they can be busy but I did have an appointment. So fast forward to today, Thursday, once again I never get a phone call and when I call they said they never got to it again! Ultimately, I was going to leave my car there, but then I got the vibe that this dealership doesn't feel qualified to work on a new, not so ordinary vehicle that may come in. I went to pick up the car, and someone in service handed me the keys like nothing had happened which tweaked me. I am still awaiting a phone call from the manager like I requested, and I will be following up with corporate because this whole ordeal was unacceptable. More
