Awesome experience! I did not buy my vehicle from this dealership but it was towed in for service. I spoke with Laura Van Valkenbu in the service department on the phone I did not buy my vehicle from this dealership but it was towed in for service. I spoke with Laura Van Valkenbu in the service department on the phone and she was very friendly and told me to come see her when I came in with the vehicle. I explained the problem to her and she went over the vehicle had me sign a form and said she would be in contact with me. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I didn't expect to hear from her for a few days because she said they were very busy and would get to it as soon as they could. A few hours later I received a call from Laura and she said the problem was a faulty intake camshaft solenoid valve that was diagnosed and replaced by technician Lukas Madej. The best news was that she said there would be no charge because it was still under warranty! More
