There’s a 1st time for everything! BUYER BEWARE...I’m in my 60s and have bought/leased a few cars in my life. Never before has a car dealership tried to cheat me like Grand Prize did, BUYER BEWARE...I’m in my 60s and have bought/leased a few cars in my life. Never before has a car dealership tried to cheat me like Grand Prize did, today! Last week, I leased a new Volt. To shorten a long story, they told me today they had omitted state sales tax, their error, and I needed to pay an additional $1,400. They said if I didn’t pay, they’d sue me, because I knew sales tax was required and was trying to cheat. I said, all I knew was how much I was putting down and paying each month; fees/taxes was their job to figure, and they could keep the car and return my money. They said no, they’d sue me. BUYER BEWARE. Some of their managemant may be good, but others are crooks. I will go to the BBB and any other agency I can find. Great car; dishonest dealership. More

I thought I'd be there several hours. My oil life was low....and I needed it changed ....so I dialed up the dealership to see what appointments remained. It's only five days until Christmas.....surely you jest? We are booked solid, not five minutes to rest. Just bring it on in, and we'll get it done. I can't promise the time frame and it won't be much fun. So it's the Friday before Christmas...at the deanship I sit...prepared to camp out...or a least, wait a good bit.
