MY GRAND PRIZE AUTO DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE! I Had the most amazing experience with this dealership! The customer service I received from Drew Bickoff, the manager, Wilber the sales associate, a I Had the most amazing experience with this dealership! The customer service I received from Drew Bickoff, the manager, Wilber the sales associate, and Rosalie the finance rep was first class. The were all knowledgeable, constantly kept in touch, worked hard to make the financing possible as I was not an easy deal. Wilber was so detailed in his explaining all the gadgets and computer stuff in the vehicle as I had no experience with that. He brought the vehicles I liked inside the bays as it was cold and snowy the few times I was there in January. I had my 10 year old daughter with me and they were all so accommodating in keeping her not bored! I could have gone to a GMC dealer within 5 miles of my home but I chose to drive 40 minutes away to buy from this dealership just because of the people! More
