Very dishonest and unethical I purchased a "certified" 2018 Colorado and found several issues that slipped through their 172 point inspection that they would not agree to cover. Specifically, a tail light with water in it, two bald tires, wheels were out of alignment, a bad solenoid that set off the CEL 3 days after I bought the truck. They only returned one of my phone calls and subsequent e-mails and phone calls were never returned. I approached GM to assist and the staff at Grand Prize gave GM different information that they gave me. Specifically, they indicated that if I would've brought the vehicle back, they would've fixed everything, which is FALSE!! They specifically advised me to have it fixed at a local dealership. In addition, they told GM they sold my trade-in the same day I brought it in. This couldn't happen as I STILL HAD THE TITLE!! I didn't mail the title in until two days after I traded the car in. More

Very Frustrating Experience Twice 3 months into a CPO 2017 Yukon Denali, Tires started making noise. Purchased extended warranty in addition to CPO warranty to minimize my risks. Was 3 months into a CPO 2017 Yukon Denali, Tires started making noise. Purchased extended warranty in addition to CPO warranty to minimize my risks. Was advised that tires were "cupping", and I could by new tires for $1000.00. Asked if this would stop the problem, was advised that it wouldn't solve the problem and the new tires would eventually have the same fate. The current tires are nearly brand new with over a half inch of tread. Asked what I could do to solve the problem and was not provided any answer, besides to just deal with it. It was a $69K truck brand new, and I paid $46K for it. After less than 90 days, I have a noise issue that they cannot/will not resolve, even with both the CPO and GMC Extended Warranty. When we originally purchased the vehicle, we had to bring it back later that same day because of an issue with the transmission. Since it happened after we bought it (like an hour after), there was nothing we could do. They agreed to fix the problem, and provide paperwork to document their work, they did not provide any paperwork (it wasn't ready and they would send it to me and never did). I feel like they rush you out of there, so their other customers don't see how upset you are. They promise they will do things after you leave, and you never hear from them again. They seem like decent folks that are not empowered to solve any problems. My point was that if the truck is doing something to cause the tires to "cup", then it should be covered under warranty to fix that issue. They claim that tires aren't covered (even if brand new), so nothing they can do... I will try a different dealership next time, and this will most likely be my last GMC vehicle. More
