After leasing 2 vehicles from Grand Prize, I returned to re-lease my 3rd. The discrepancy between my vehicles actual cash value and their appraisal was over $3000. Second lease handled by Wilbur Pacheco. Wilbur went all out to make sure I got the car & price I budgeted for. He was more than patient! I kept vacillating among 3-4 cars! It had deposit, but I asked him to be absolutely sure & voila! Because of his superb effort, the other customer withdrew their deposit & the car became mine!! You'll be doing yourself a favor by dealing with Wilbur!! He is devoted, tireless, patient & crunches the numbers!! Third car for me @ Grand Prize!! More
Replaced our recalled battery & set charge to limit of 80%. No fix in sight. Service passed us to GM, GM passes us back to GP service. GP has FAILED this customer. Worst service center rep. We got Dwight and the service was laughable. Our brand new truck got stranded bc of engine issues (it wasn’t turning on) and bc we didn’t buy it from that dealership (but we are u was laughable. Our brand new truck got stranded bc of engine issues (it wasn’t turning on) and bc we didn’t buy it from that dealership (but we are under warranty as the truck is 4 months in) they didn’t give us a loaner bc they “didn’t have any” they expected us to give in and say ok to their Pathetic excuses. We live 40 min away so we needed a car to get home! There were 3 other angry customers complaining about the service in the 1 hour we were there so it wasn’t only us. hope they get it together More
I left my truck with them for two days so they could fix 2 recalls on the diesel block heater and the diesel particulate filter. When I picked up my truck I noticed right away that my cup holders were missi 2 recalls on the diesel block heater and the diesel particulate filter. When I picked up my truck I noticed right away that my cup holders were missing. I went inside right away to Frank, a service consultant, told him the issue and we immediately went back out to the truck for him to see it himself. As excepted, he didn’t find the cup holders. He said that the service guys should have no reason to go into the center console and that when he first went into the truck upon me dropping it off, the cup holders weren’t there. He asked if I would have taken them out, implying I removed them myself and was trying to blame his service team. I replied that I wasn’t even aware the cup holders were removable, so no I did not take them out myself. If I did somehow manage to take my own cup holder out I would have noticed the massive hole where they are supposed to be. After speaking with Frank I spoke to the manager, Bill. He said about the same thing that the service guys should have no reason to go into the center console that the problems were under the truck and under the hood. He agreed with me it made no sense for them to be missing. He assured me if they don’t turn up that he will be ordering new ones. Regardless I don’t know why they would take out the cup holders that only had less than a dollar of spare change but i’m not comfortable with the fact that I bring my truck in for a recall and then there’s a missing part from inside the truck which they should have not had any reason to go near. I’m very angry about this situation because this is absolutely ridiculous that something would be taken from the truck, and to have an employee imply that I must have taken the cup holders myself, and then blame his service crew, is absurd. I’ve been trying to contact the service center today (the day after the incident) and I can’t get an answer from any of them. More
