Parts Manager is not easy to work with I'm currently driving a ford with a broken AC. Still would not release the part and would rather I drive around in 100 degree weather than help to get my vehicle fixed. Will let all my friends in DFW to stay away from Grand Praire ford because of lack of parts department Service. More

No precautions taken, they are Not thinking of me, the client. The manager i spoke with was very insensitive and not understanding of what is going on in the world. Make sure they actually did the service you paid them to do I am a regular customer to this Ford Dealer and I am quite disappointed in the quality of service they provide. I took my vehicle to the dealer to get an oil/filter change, tire rotation, quick inspection, and a recall repair service done. Upon receiving my vehicle I immediately noticed that my tires had not been rotated. I opened the hood of the vehicle and noticed that my air filter box had been left open (the orange seal of the air filter was actually visible on one of the corners). I also noticed that the windshield wiper fluid had not been refilled. I asked to speak to a manager but they assured me that he/she was in a meeting and could not speak to me. My service representative was very polite and helpful and did offer to refund me the tire rotation amount as well as rotating the tires for me at no charge. I asked her to personally check to see if my oil filter had in fact been replaced and she reassured me that it was. To top of all off, days after my visit I noticed that the service tech had shoved the plastic steering wheel cover under the passenger seat....it is safe to say that I will be taking my business some place else for my vehicle service needs. More

outstanding performance customer service was very helpful and friendly, and the service depart completed my oil change and state inspection sooner than I was expecting. technician left oil line loose took my truck for ac service on 3/2/20 for ac work, truck was still under warranty. Got a call that following thursday that they found the leak coming out the condenser area. Picked up the truck that friday evening almost around closing time (6pm) drove back home about 20 mins away from dealership, truck lost all power and started knocking on freeway, found oil all over engine bay and a loose oil line disconnected, managed to roll it safely to service road. Called tow truck to drop back off at dealership, went back in the next day, asked to speak to service manager. Explained the situation, she said it will be a couple hours or maybe not till monday before i got a call back. Left and waiting for a call, service advisor called me around noon and said they found the leak, it was the oil line not being secured properly but they reconnected it, filled it with oil and that they didnt hear a knocking sound, to come pick up the truck. I asked what about my towing fees, she said their wasnt a service manager to approve the refund on towing fees. I came back that monday they said a check would be mailed, been driving the truck since then and starting to notice the engine shake the interior at random rps and speeds. More
