All I can say is, my vehicle was brought back in to repair 3 times in 2 months. My 2019 explorer went in for A/C not working and went back in 5 days after GPF having my vehicle for 1 month, for coolant repair 3 times in 2 months. My 2019 explorer went in for A/C not working and went back in 5 days after GPF having my vehicle for 1 month, for coolant leaking. They did not address other issues I requested to check. They stayed with my vehicle for a second Month to correct the coolant leak. After me picking up my vehicle for the second time and two months later ,I now have a massive oil leak from the head gasket. Im not pleased with their service departments quality of work. It looks like they are just trying to flood their mechanics with alot of work by taking in as many cars as possible and not providing what customers pay for which is results and Quality. If I could attach pictures I would to show to prove my complaint. TAKE AT YOUR OWN RISK. More

Worst customer service I had had from a dealership in 50 years. Mader appt to have just and oil & filter chance, nothing else for 10.30am Sat morning. We I arrived I was the only vehicle in the bay and I w years. Mader appt to have just and oil & filter chance, nothing else for 10.30am Sat morning. We I arrived I was the only vehicle in the bay and I waited 10 minutes before someone came out to my truck. I live an hour away so I had to wait for my truck. After 3 hours I asked the service advisor where was my truck and he said it was almost ready. I ask him why it is taking so long for just and oil change and I had an appt. He said I had to wait in line. I asked him what is the purpose of having an appointment. I told him the sign in the office says appts are given priority. He did not know of any sign. It also says that on their receipt. After 3 and 1/2 hours my truck was finished and was not even washed. It took that long just for and oil change, That is unacceptable and I was never informed of the status while I was waiting. I will never go back to this dealership. They could have at least offered a free oil change for my trouble. More
I purchased a Ford truck from this Dealership in 2017. I called to make an appointment to get it serviced under warranty because I was hearing grinding noise coming from the front Drivers side wheel (not I called to make an appointment to get it serviced under warranty because I was hearing grinding noise coming from the front Drivers side wheel (not the brakes). I drove 60 miles passing many Ford Dealerships along the way. My Service Advisor tells me it will 7-10 Business days before they get to diagnose it. Either Ford vehicles are breaking down in droves or the Service Dept is poorly ran because 7-10 business days is beyond ridiculous. I was considering buying another truck from them but this changes my choice of Dealerships. I don't want to hear any COVID-19 excuses at this point. You either have qualified Techs or you don't. I checked with other Dealerships and the wait for them varies from 3-5 Days after appointment. Needless to say I made an appointment elsewhere. More

Service manager Melissa tried to get me to say I had Excellent service on my Ford 2006 in exchange for refund of $205. I showed up on 2/6/2021; since I put only “good” I did not get my refund promised. Excellent service on my Ford 2006 in exchange for refund of $205. I showed up on 2/6/2021; since I put only “good” I did not get my refund promised. You can’t cover up what happened with poor service. Although they corrected the mechanical issue I still had to pay for the part, which is not right because I didn’t have this issue when I took my truck to you for an oil change. I requested that the replaced part be saved and I will pick up when I pick truck up, but guess what...it was locked in the service technicians tool box and no one had a key. The service was not at all excellent, so I can not lie just to get a bribery refund. Also the service tech left grease in vehicle. More
