Made an appointment to preform service as specified in Ford Technical Service Bulletin. On arrival at appointed time and much whispered discuss in another office the advisor told me that Grand Prairie Fo Ford Technical Service Bulletin. On arrival at appointed time and much whispered discuss in another office the advisor told me that Grand Prairie Ford could not do the instructed service as listed in the Ford TSB without first going through their on diagnostic procedure so I could be charged more $$ to correct a Ford software issue that should’ve been a recall, but instead the dealership is doubling up what should be for the procedure.. What a racket. The service department give used car salesmen a good name. More
