I will never buy another car from Grand Prairie Ford. Worst buying ever. Sales guy was okay. But Finance department are thieves...and the sales team knows. Very shady practice to ramp up your interest rate by telling you that is what you qualify for, then using the difference in the total interest paid between that high number they sell you on (for us 8.9%) and YOUR ACTUAL (for us 5.14%) then use that money to increase the sales price of the vehicle and then pay for warranty you declined. Just give me the 5.14% on the vehicle price we agreed on. Nope, they changed it and slid it across the table with a xx excuse. Then they pulled shady stuff with the trade in amount. saying they gave us $4,500 MORE than they told us in the negotiations. Again, to muddy the numbers even more. Completely dishonest. Then as soon as the paper was signed, they forgot us. I had to chase down the sales team to get MY VEHICLE keys from a car we did NOT trade in. I couldn't even leave. I will never buy from GP and well tell everyone I know more about the details of the shady finance dept. More
I am a former employee of Grand Prairie Ford and just thought the public should hear my experience with this dealership. I was fired in November of last year for having two months of low performance in m thought the public should hear my experience with this dealership. I was fired in November of last year for having two months of low performance in my sales. Now I NEVER have low performance in sales I in fact used to be a sales manager prior to working at ford. However at that time I had a miscarriage and had several complications from the pregnancy that required me to visit the doctor and hospital several times within those 2 months which caused my low performance. But I was fired anyway. I left the dealership and didn’t contact them at all after that or try to cause any problems. Now this week I’ve tried to get an appointment for my oil change and the service manager Jose magdaleno who got me fired emailed me saying I cannot service my vehicle there. No reason at all just that I need to find somewhere else to service my vehicle. I continue to be mistreated when I did nothing wrong to this company. So just thought I’d let the public know how this company really is. More

Young Kim was a lot of the reason I bought the car at Grand Prairie Ford rather than another dealership. He was very professional , knowledgeable and listened to my needs and when I didn’t agree he didn Grand Prairie Ford rather than another dealership. He was very professional , knowledgeable and listened to my needs and when I didn’t agree he didn’t push me or try do what he thought was best for me. He listened to my concerns and was very genuine person who cared about my needs and even visited with my son about his professional goals. The dealership and finance manager were very knowledgeable on ways to work on getting my payment where I wanted it without feeling I was getting scammed. In the end everyone I worked with was very professional and kind. The dealership also had a large inventory to pick from and that was extremely helpful to pick out the car that fit me and my son. Thank you for an easy and fast car purchase experience. I will definitely consider this dealership and would be happy to use Young Kim for my next car. I have bought many cars in my life but I can’t say enough good things about him and how good he made the stressful car buying process. More
We used Cars. com to narrow down vehicles to this dealership, it was why we went there. Their inventory selection was far better than all the surrounding dealerships. Our salesperson went out of their way to send a video giving me a first-person perspective of the vehicle. We did not live the local area and could not just drop by the dealership to look at it. To me this made the experience more personal! Overall, this was a great experience and will recommend to anyone in my small town to head to Grand Prairie Ford for the best deal possible. More
