Promise you things but don’t deliver I bought a 2017 Toyota Corolla SE and was promised a remote control and a spare tire cover/floor for the trunk. I guess since I paid XX thousand dollars for the car “out the door” that meant “sign your check and get out of our door!” If someone working there promises they’ll get you something that’s not on hand you should probably at least finance your purchase so they’ll return your texts or calls since you’ll owe them money. Dealership This dealership is very slow and they have even slower mechanics. The workers are nice, but I was here for 8 hours when I initially was buying the car This dealership is very slow and they have even slower mechanics. The workers are nice, but I was here for 8 hours when I initially was buying the car and they were supposed to detail and fix my car and they didn’t and I live over 1 hour and a half away and they made me come back to clean my car I came back and say for 5 plus hours while my car was in the shop not getting touched they “fixed” my car, but while tinkering with it they damaged my auxiliary port so I will have to come back down after I’ve had to already come back an extra time. To fix a problem that should have never come about.... but the manager came out and resolved the issue and was very kind!!! More
