Look at the fine print! Where do I begin about this dealership. When I first called them, I initially said I was looking to finance a 2015 Ford Mustang. My first red flag s Where do I begin about this dealership. When I first called them, I initially said I was looking to finance a 2015 Ford Mustang. My first red flag should've been that they were mainly focused on just getting me in the building. But nevertheless, I proceeded to attempt to purchase this vehicle. I then waited all day for a call back. Mind you, I called them initially at 11am. I then ultimately told them that I was just going to purchase the car and trade a vehicle. Here's where it got tricky. When I arrived at the dealership, I went to look at the vehicle. That's where the fun began. Low and behold the vehicle had been in a rear collision. I didn't let that stop me. Upon further inspection, I noticed that the paint was peeling in several spots on the car. I said okay because the car drove fine, but I could tell that it needed some rotors. So when I got back in the dealership to look at the numbers, I told them there was no way Id pay the price for a vehicle that considered to be in excellent condition that is truly in fair condition at best. The fog light was flickering on and off by itself, the rear bumper wasnt even on correctly. It was uneven. The paint in the rear quarter panel on the passenger side was not even the same glossiness as the driver side. so apparently, they blended the passenger side in a dull cheap coat that kinda matched the rest of the car. So, lets talk about the numbers. For my trouble they marked the car down a whole whopping $100. But they charged a $895 preparation fee, tried to overcharge me on the TAVT, charged $699 dealer fee, $253 administrative fee salesman said this was for tag,title and registration. tag fee is $20, title fee is $18 and i guess registration is $215. Also, they tried to give me $5,200 for my trade which several other dealerships offered $8,000. BE VERY WATCHFUL OF THE FINE LINE ITEMS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. Needless to say, I ran for my life after looking at these fees. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ABOUT THIS DEALERSHIP. More

Never was he pressing on the issue. Even when I told him I will not get the car I thought I was going to get he said that is OK. I went back to him after looking at so many other car dealerships.. I truly realised Grand Motorcars offered the best prices. He welcomed me with a smile. This time his price was even better. I finally purchased the car in the showroom. The purchase was so smooth and the staff was awesome. I will always get my cars from this dealership. My wife, kids and family are very happy with my pick and that is what matters. They were the only dealership with the car that I wanted for the best price that wasnt in a wreck or something that was trying to be passed off like new. Buyer Remorse WARNING!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM GRAND MOTORCAR. REGRETFULLY, I PURCHASED A 2015 BMW 650i COUPE. First dissatisfaction - The car is still under BMW WARNING!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM GRAND MOTORCAR. REGRETFULLY, I PURCHASED A 2015 BMW 650i COUPE. First dissatisfaction - The car is still under BMW factory warranty, So, I notice that the front right fog light was out. I took the car to the BMW dealership to replace the fog light and BMW said that the car has been in a collision in the front and fog light would not be cover under factory warranty. It cost $670 dollars for the fog light and to replace the fog light assembly from the collision . I spoke with GRAND MOTORCAR regarding the collision and my concerns fell on deaf ears. (BTW - No accidents or damage reported by CARFAX) Second dissatisfaction - It took GRAND MOTORCARS over 1 week to send my temporary license plate. Third dissatisfaction - Mr. Webster, the car salesman promises to send my floor mats. It’s have been over a month and a half and I still haven’t received the mats. Fourth dissatisfaction - Mr. Webster, the car salesman promises to check on missing Center console part. Never heard from him, regarding the missing Center Console part. They are only "nice" to you for purposes of deception so that you will buy the car. But once you go back with problems they DON’T CARE!!!! More

When another employee messed up and told me the vehicle I was trying to buy was sold and was rude at times, almost like his heart wasn't in the sale. Julie was the one that corrected the problem and got back to me to tell me it wasn't sold and I was approved. Great staff. They will find a way to put you in what you want. That one employee would be the only reason for any negative review or below perfect review. More
