The first thing he did was ask if I had worked with any other salesperson. He didn't want to take a commission from someone. I really appreciated that. Duane took time to help me and when I said I had an appointment, he suggested I take the vehicle to my appointment so I could try it out. Initially we were not very close on an agreed price, but everyone worked very hard to help me come up with a payment I was comfortable with. Duane and every other person at Grand Junction Volkswagen was very professional and friendly. They were very interested in my business, but not high pressure. I popped into the dealership 3 different times and o I started my car shopping experience with only having a limited amount of time each day to do so. I popped into the dealership 3 different times and only had a few minutes. They were great in helping me find the perfect vehicle. They listened to exactly what I needed and didn't try and persuade me in any other direction than what my needs were. I had stopped in at other dealerships in town and the experience was night and day. I wanted to purchase a vehicle at VW just for how awesome all the guys were with helping me and really listening to what I wanted vs what they wanted to sell me. I would recommend everyone look into buying from them even if you're not in the market for a VW, they had a large selection of vehicles to choose from. They will always be my first stop when looking for a vehicle in the future and my first recommendation for anyone else! More
