Remarkable Customer Experience My name is Scott Gibbons. My wife and I have been looking for a specific pickup for approximately 4 months. All of our searches were online at Cars. My name is Scott Gibbons. My wife and I have been looking for a specific pickup for approximately 4 months. All of our searches were online at Cars.com. We live in Greeley CO and was searching a 250 mile radius from home. I had no luck in the previous months finding what we were looking for. I expanded my search to 500 miles and within 2 days, found Grand Junction Subaru with the pickup we had been looking for. Unfortunately, Subaru doesn't manufacture pick up trucks, so when I found the 2010 Toyota that we had been looking for. I called the dealership and Tiffany Dewey answered the sales call. I asked if the truck was still available, and she advised yes. Due to our location, our trip was going to take us 4 - 5 hours to get to Grand Junction, so Tiffany re-assured me all would be ok for me to make the trip, she took the time to ease my nerves about traveling so far to look at this truck not knowing if I would even like what I found. Made the trip to Grand Junction and Tiffany was there with smiles waiting for us. We test drove the truck and fell in love. Went back to the sales office and within an hour and a half, Tiffany had us in the truck that we'd been looking for and completely satisfied. No sales hassle, no gimmick, just do you like what we have to offer for my search! I absolutely love my vehicle and would refer any/all of my friends/co-workers, and people at the Grocery Store to consider Grand Junction Subaru and Tiffany Dewey should be their sales caller!
