Thank you for responding, although no one responded to my complaint through BBB. If you had checked tour records more carefully you would have found that the purchase was on January 4,2025 which was this year. You said that you do 172 inspection. There is no way that could of happen due to extensive damage there was to the brake system. Plus the response I got when when I initially contact your dealership when the issue first came up was a car wash. Now I'm dealing with a heating issue. Very disappointed in your service will not recommend your dealership to anyone.

I know what you are talking about . I gave you the date of the purchase and the sales person's name is Jeff. If this is your idea of addressing my issue it is not working or maybe you are trying to may yourself look good. Either way it is not working. This is a insult to my intelligence. I am seeking out other resource through the state and federal government so that this can be address correctly.
