Mr. Frankenfield brought us his 2004 KIA Rio with a recently replaced USED engine replaced by someone else. We replaced his timing belt and now he is coming to us about loose bolts in the flywheel. We never touched the bolts in the flywheel and suggested that he take it back to the people who replaced the engine in the first place. We are sorry for your problems. We have offered to diagnose your issues but you refused to pay for having this done. We cannot fix other shops work for free.
