Beware!!! Can't sell you car. Bring in a hammer. I walked in. Named my price! Just say yes or no and lets all get on with our lives. Instead I have to endure 2.5/hours of nonsense. We left after they passed us to another sales person to knock us out. Finally we left and they literally chased us to the car. Mr. Blue a sales manager was banging on our car window as we drove off. I've never seen anything like that. Bought the exact same car $100 cheaper same day at Vaden. They probably just felt sorry for us and spared the normal circle. More

I have dealt with many dealerships over the years and I often left the dealership feeling like I had been in a battle. The process often felt more like a challenge to avoid being taken advantage of. Buying a car should be an exciting and fun experience. It's typically the 2nd most expensive purchase you make (behind a house). Buying at Grainger Nissan was what it should be. It was fun and exciting. My entire family was treated professionally and with respect and courtesy. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and eager to help. I wouldn't hesitate for one second to recommend buying here. More

I have never experienced a car dealership like Grainger NIssan. It amlost feels like a reunion when you walk in the door. Everyone speaks, if you have concerns they are addressed IMMEDIATELY and positive NIssan. It amlost feels like a reunion when you walk in the door. The "GRAINGER NISSAN" facility was great. My wife had a simple battery issue with her 2010 Nissan Maxima (22,000 miles). I had her battery checked twice by Advance Auto to confirm the issue was wife had a simple battery issue with her 2010 Nissan Maxima (22,000 miles). I had her battery checked twice by Advance Auto to confirm the issue was not the alternator. I went to "Vaden Nissan" for the simple battery issue and was told there was nothing wrong with her battery. After my wife battery went dead a third time and me catching H_ _L, I finally wised up and took her vehicle to another nissan dealer "GRAINGER NISSAN". The "GRAINGER NISSAN" facility took care of my wife's vehicle with no problems or hold ups replacing the battery. "GRAINGER NISSAN" has a nice facility with great customer service. It also has a child friendly waiting area just for kids. I am a (NCO) Non-Commissioned Officer stationed at Hunter Army Airfield. I have to many things going on besides worrying about a simple battery replacement. "THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT GRAINGER NISSAN" SSG More
