The Salesman listened, showed us what we wanted to see and did not try and push us into anything we did not ask to look at. Very friendly, patient, and understanding. The entire team was great. I can not say I enjoyed the experience because I never enjoy spending a bunch of money, but I can say it was the best car buying experience I have had. When my 1996 truck finally dies I will go back to the same sales team. Thanks for all of the help and the followup after the sale. More

I had to get the tires f I went for a routine maintenance service 10,000. Right from the beginning very friendly. I had questions to ask about my car. I had to get the tires filled with air twice. The check tire pressure light came on and I am thinking new car, why. So, I ask the service advisor Clinton McClure about the issue. He not only explain to me about weather effect on tire pressure very cold winter. But he had all four tires checked for leaks. He didn't have to do that but it did further ease my mind. When the warning lights come on it is concerning. Also, you are informed of every step taken or needs to be done to your car. I was quoted a time that the car would be complete and it was. The service advisor walked me out to my car. I left feeling good about the car and Grainer Nissan. More
