Excellent Service We received excellent service in the purchase of our car; that is until we got into the vehicle to take it home. The light was on stating both front t We received excellent service in the purchase of our car; that is until we got into the vehicle to take it home. The light was on stating both front tires were flat. Upon questioning why Marco Toles would sell us a vehicle knowing about this light, he stated "Oh yes I had a message about this issue tonight, this was the first I knew about it." Was he going to try to let us drive away without informing us of this? The light was on because the wrong tires with plastic valve stems were put on the front of the vehicle causing the light sensor to trigger. The rear tires had the correct metal valve stems that were connected to the sensor. Marco stated this will be corrected when we take the car back in once the plate is in. We are also troubled that when we turned the radio on the right front speaker was broken. This car has a full warranty. This issue was also addressed the following day. We hope these two issues will be corrected when we pick up the plate. Are they sincere? We shall see. More
