From the moment I pulled my vehicle in, I was greeted by a friendly, smiling, kind service advisor who took the time to understand what was going on with my vehicle. I chose to wait at the dealership but they do offer rental cars and a shuttle service. They have a nice waiting area with coffee, snacks, tv and vending machines. I was kept informed of the status of my vehicle for the duration of my visit. The shop foreman even came out while my vehicle was in the shop to explain to me what was wrong with my vehicle. When my car was ready it was cleaner than when I brought it in, thanks to the complimentary wash and vacuum service. The service advisor went over the repair that was made to my vehicle so that i understood was fixed. I highly recommend Grainger Nissan to anyone that needs their vehicle serviced or if you’re looking for a new car, the sales team is truly exceptional too! I look forward to returning for my next scheduled maintenance and I’m confident Grainger Nissan will do an amazing job! Id like to thank the entire service team for fixing my vehicle. More

Fast and Excellent customer service Saw the car I wanted at the dealership on Sunday. Notified Grainger Nissan on Monday. They had everything in order when I arrived. Bad experience with the promise but good with the cvs depart I was told when we bought the car that they put a new battery in it because they couldn’t get it started, I was also told by the sales team that they I was told when we bought the car that they put a new battery in it because they couldn’t get it started, I was also told by the sales team that they changed wiper blades. So far I have had to change wiper blades and now the battery. The rep from service help me to use my maintenance plan so I only had to pay $100. But that is not the point. I was told they replaced the battery and they did not. So I am wondering what else was I lied to about. More
