Good experience This was the first service visit for my wife's Rogue. Pleasant experience from start to finish. A basic oil change and tire rotation, plus a question This was the first service visit for my wife's Rogue. Pleasant experience from start to finish. A basic oil change and tire rotation, plus a question about a minor brake noise which the service techs resolved and the service rep explained to us. I did ask if they had any tire offers going, (such as a buy three, get the fourth tire for a dollar, etc,) but we were told that they'd discontinued it. A slight disappointment to learn of this, but not the end of the world. The waiting area was nice, clean and comfy. Free wifi, snacks and such. A small play area for children, ( some building blocks, books plus a tv, ) with restrooms close by and customers have a direct view of the work bays and can observe the techs working on their vehicles if customers so choose. We will be bringing our vehicle back for all future service needs. More
