Great Experience I was in need of an oil change, so I made an appointment at a dealership closer to home. Later I received a card about my Auto Butler service and dec I was in need of an oil change, so I made an appointment at a dealership closer to home. Later I received a card about my Auto Butler service and decided that it would be good if I could get my oil change and Auto Butler done at one time. When I called Grainger and inquired about a Saturday appointment for both services, I was told that the Auto Butler was too lengthy to be done on a Saturday. However I received a call from the service manager the next day, who said it was possible to get both services done on Saturday. This was very helpful, because I work weekday afternoons and an appointment during the week would have been difficult. I was given a shuttle ride home so I did not have to wait for hours at the dealership. It was a great experience. More

Juan was excellent! A far better experience than what I had last October with another sales associate. I gave Granger Nissan a second chance this February because I’ve been a Nissan family member for almos had last October with another sales associate. I gave Granger Nissan a second chance this February because I’ve been a Nissan family member for almost three decades and felt the performance and quality of driving Nissan was far more important. I would suggest that professionalism with the sales associate I had in October needs tremendous improvement. He was there when I made my purchase and found his joking out load on the sales floor was disruptive and not to Nissans standards of service, especially when other sales associates were closing deals. I suggest you pull my visit paperwork from October and address that sales associate behavior and professionalism. Thank you again Juan for providing the Nissan award winning service.
