I'm 60yrs old have bought several new cars, bought 2 Nissan's from another dealer, which is 5 minutes from my house, I can say this place was the best/less hassle-free place to buy. My salesman Ronnie w Nissan's from another dealer, which is 5 minutes from my house, I can say this place was the best/less hassle-free place to buy. My salesman Ronnie was wonderful, he made the whole process easy and quick, he is very knowledgeable, at least the car I was buying he answered all my question's, when asking about how to set feature's, he walked me through the step's. I must say I wish I would have bought from here year's ago, they say a Nissan is a Nissan, that might be true, but it's how your treated when you call, walk-in the front door, at the service dept etc. To me it was well worth driving the 30-45 minute's (depending on traffic). If anyone ask's me, I will recommend Grainger Nissan. More

I been having a constant recurring problem with my audio system recently it blacked out eventually its not going to come back on. I've been to the dealership 3 times trying to resolve the issue I got a call from Kayla one of the service techs who was very rude when I asked her a question about the issue she spoke to me as if I was making the problem up. My salesperson George Futch has been very helpful I told him about the issue and he witnessed the problem. It's been months that I've been dealing with this and still is. I will never purchase another car from them! More

I had a problem with my car and went straight to Grainger without an appointment. They had to run diagnostics to find out what was wrong.
