We needed a reliable vehicle for the many two hour trips we take to our son's medical appointments. We were sold an 05 buick terraza with low miles. It is now in need of a new transmission and we owe more than it is worth. It seemed like the best vehicle for our price range. I wish we had better researched it, but the number of cars that were near us and within our price range was quite limited. We had issues in the beginning and they didn't see the problems we did, the AC wasn't working well and the steering wheel had play to it. They claim to have integrity and wanted us to be satisfied with the car we buy from them. We are realizing now that we were gouged in the price and reliability. I try to go with smaller dealerships, and support local businesses. I am finding that difficult to justify now.. More
