We went in to buy a new 2013 Ford Fusion. The sales lady would not answer our questions regarding trade in value but keep trying to run our credit. When I told her I wanted to know what our trade was worth would not answer our questions regarding trade in value but keep trying to run our credit. He would not give us any straight answers either. They wanted to run our credit in order to finish the deal. Eventually they did say we were upside down in our trade which we already knew. I responded with we do not have a deal until you tell me how much negative equity we have. He said we did not sell you that car. You were the ones stupid enough to buy it. They were both rude and arrogant to us. We ended up going to another dealer who gave us a very fair trade in value and helped us buy our new 2013 Ford Fusion. More
extremely unprofessional, go someplace else first. they really lack the ability to work with customers, act like a franchise dealership and offer service. I bought a longblock crate motor from Graham Ford and had it installed in my Lincoln in Dec 2006. On July 15, 2007 the motor died on me. Dealer claims there was a small leak in the radiator that caused cata it installed in my Lincoln in Dec 2006. On July 15, 2007 the motor died on me. Dealer claims there was a small leak in the radiator that caused catastrpphic engine failure. Would not honor the 36mo. 75K mile warranty. They claim it warped the heads and burnt the rings in it. I babied this car. I performed regular PMCS on the vehicle each time I drove it. I wouldn't let anyone drive it, including my wife of 24 years. The motor cost me $5264.00 installed. I'm not going to trash it. I wouldn't buy a coke from GRAHAM FORD LINCOLN MERCURY in DICKSON, TN BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! These guys are dirtbags and crooks. If you're thinking about parting with your hard earned cash, think long and hard before buying something from GRAHAM FORD LINCOLN MERCURY in Dickson, TN Ford Motor Company WILL NOT INTERVENE! You're on your own with the dealer. Its HIS interpretation that determines whether its under warranty or not. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! You'll get burned!!! Would I recommed this dealership? NEVER! Would I buy another FORD product? Not in this lifetime!!! I will tell anyone willing to listen about how this dealership dealt with me. I will post it far and wide on the internet. I've had my Ranger to Grahm Ford 3 times. Each time I greeted by friendly people & my truck was serviced by knowledgeabe mechanics. The price was as estimated or lower. My car went to Grahm Ford for a front alignment. On the way there about a 1.2 mile from there a oil line busted. I explained this to the ase master mechanic and to vernin the service manager. FIRST!!!!! What happened next was the unthinkable the mechanic jujmped into my car never checked to oil and flew out of there like he just 12,000 in the car and not me.. I hit the roof and demanded my car back before something happened to my motor.. Too late mechanic spun the cam bearings and they will not talk to me and the manager hung up on me when I tried to tell him what happened!! Everyone in the place knows what they did was wrong and they just will not admit to it. Never do business with a place like that never.
