Sarah Orange does a fantastic job of getting our Fleet vehicles in and out in a timely manner. This is the only Ram dealer I have found in the Grand Rapids MI area that will work on our Ram 4500-5500 truc vehicles in and out in a timely manner. Purchased a car from out of state- had to fly in and the dealership arranged a car to pick me up and even had gloves waiting since it is colder here - very nice touch! Worked with Dave and Patty through phone/email/text and they were great to work with. Would give 5 stars but once I got here, none of the paperwork was ready that I was told would be ready and it took twice as long as I was told it would take. It was a cash purchase with no trade in so we shouldn’t have had to deal with financing paperwork at all - which I could understand if it took longer because of that, but it should have been a simple process. Because I still had a long drive ahead of me, this was very frustrating. Would recommend working with again, but would clarify all paperwork prior to coming to closing. More
