I just bought a car from Graff here in Mount Pleasant. Two and a half months later my engine light went on and I went into the store and spoke to Shane. He was very helpful and told me he would WAIVE the diagnostics charge of $150. So I took it in the next morning and the lady I spoke with told me that they have a charge for the diagnostics. I told her that Shane said that they would waive that fee so she, very rudely looked at me and said I hardly think so. So she called Shane and he said he never said that. Apparently what he said was that he would "scan" it for free. That I can do at the auto parts store. I will never buy another car from ANY of the Graff locations. This is completely unprofessional. I understand that it's under no warranty but literally I bought this two and a half months ago. More
FIRST PURCHASED 2017 ACADIA DENALI, GARBAGE WOULD NOT TAKE IT BACK AFTER HAVING IT 2 DAYS AND TORQUE CONVERTER WENT OUT. MADE ME PURCHASE ANOTHER CAR IN ORDER TO TAKE DENALI BACK. GOT 2017 FORD FUSION GA TAKE IT BACK AFTER HAVING IT 2 DAYS AND TORQUE CONVERTER WENT OUT. MADE ME PURCHASE ANOTHER CAR IN ORDER TO TAKE DENALI BACK. GOT 2017 FORD FUSION GARBAGE! TOOK IT IN 3 DIFFERENT TIMES TO BE FIXED THEY SAID IT WAS FIXED.. AFTER THEM REPLACING ENGINE 3RD TIME IN THEY PUT A USED ENGINE IN IT THAT SOUNDED LIKE IT WAS GOING TO BLOW UP. THEY SAID THAT’S WHAT ALL FORD FUSION’S SOUND LIKE. HAD TO THREATEN TO SUE THEM IN ORDER FOR THEM TO TAKE IT BACK. WORST DEALERSHIP IN STATE OF MICHIGAN!!! WORST STAFF AND MANAGEMENT!!! More
Sadly, the employees don't care about consumer satisfaction or happiness. It is really sad when Graff's employees tell me that we care about my business, in fact the worst thing is when they see m satisfaction or happiness. Went to dealership loan in hand. They told me they could beat it. I have so so credit told them I didn't want my credit ran a bunch of times. As of today I have 20 rejections in the mail and my credit sco beat it. I have so so credit told them I didn't want my credit ran a bunch of times. As of today I have 20 rejections in the mail and my credit score has dropped a hundred points. I did buy a car they lied about the interest rate(told me 3% and it is 10%). My fault for not looking. I pointed out where the car had been repainted they told me they checked the Carfax and it hadn't. Another lie. Sold me the extended warranty so it was covered for the life of the loan at about $15.00 a month. With my math 60 months times $15.00 is $900.00. The real price is $3300.00 and it is good for 24 months. Trying to cancel it and getting a run around, Tried to do it direct with the warranty place they say Graffs needs to sign off on it. I E-mailed them about my problems and was told Jim would call me to resolve it. Been 2 weeks and nothing, I have sent a complaint in th the AG's office if that doesn't work the court here we come. Most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with, they make TV used car guys look good. More

Very "business like" dealership. Will try to sell you whatever they can, and do not care if you are getting a bad deal. My experience was awful, and I had several friends that had similar experi sell you whatever they can, and do not care if you are getting a bad deal. Pleasant, much better going to Shaheen Buick GMC dealership on Mission for service for your new/used car, they are friendly and really down to earth people. They treat you like a friend and not just another customer! More
Had a 4wheel alignment done on my car after new suspension was installed. The put the camber so crooked that my tires are now cupped so bad the car vibrates. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone I went there because I'm a college kid and was running low on funds and didn't want 2 wreck my tires with an off alignment so much for that. More
Preformed very sub standard work on my 2009 Cobalt. Had to return to get it redone, as the fender and inner fender fitment look like a hack did the work and then they botched the clearcoat - Improper prep to return to get it redone, as the fender and inner fender fitment look like a hack did the work and then they botched the clearcoat - Improper prep so the clear blistered. Then they gave us a hard time about getting that fixed. GIECO insurance was no help either - "it's out of our hands". Hasn't American companies figure out that customer service is the pinnacle to their success? More
