Wont buy from them Wont go back to Graff. Bought a used 2011 traverse as is. They said it passed all inspections. Well 2 days after driving it off their lot our torque c Wont go back to Graff. Bought a used 2011 traverse as is. They said it passed all inspections. Well 2 days after driving it off their lot our torque converter was going. They took it in but told us because its an 1800 dollar part we would have to pay 200.00. We just had dropped 5000 down payment in cash. So we paid the 200. Took them a week. Come to find out they put in a remanufactured part that only costed 400. Now the wheel bearing has to be fixed. But because i put a negative review their manager Matt Sloan is throwing a fit and won't help us anymore. Took a week of many phone calls to get him to finally call back . Horrible management.. More

Smooth Transaction I went in knowing kind of what I was wanting and Wyatt showed me three different car options and explained the difference of each one. I did a test dr I went in knowing kind of what I was wanting and Wyatt showed me three different car options and explained the difference of each one. I did a test drive of the one I wanted and then he made sure I got a great price. He is open and honest about realistic prices and it makes it easier to know what to expect before you test drive a car. This is my second time leasing and having Wyatt Earp as my agent.
