Stefanie told me the parts were in for my two recalls and scheduled me for 7am October 16th. After I check in and waited around for 90 minutes, the cashier comes over to me to tell me the parts did not come scheduled me for 7am October 16th. Waited for oil change, said it would take 1. -1/2 hours and fix seat belt factory recall. After 2 hours I was told it would take 2 more hours. Car engine was left dirty, seat belt not fixed.
