The communication between advisors to vehicle owners is terrible. The level of care that I get going over the phone is either rushed or they clearly aren’t listening to you. The dealership performed the work fast and efficiently. I took my truck in for a new engine. I thought it would take about a month, but it only took one week for parts yo arrive and another for installatio I took my truck in for a new engine. I was berated in front of 20 sales employees by their boss . And the odd thing is I never asked to talk to him . He took it upon himself to tell me that he didn't need me as a customer . Feel free and ask any of the people standing there on Saturday morning how he acted . And what he said to me . I bought my 2008 truck there and have had my service done there ever since . There was no understanding of what customer loyalty even is . They act like they are doing you a favor for providing a service that you're paying for. Came in to get service which was not accomplished by the service center 4 days prior. They took no ownership of the lack of communication; made it seem like it was our problem. We’ve purchased 3 new vehicle service center 4 days prior. They took no ownership of the lack of communication; made it seem like it was our problem.
