This is the worst service department ever. I took my 2024 Tahoe with 5000 miles on it in for body work due to hail damage. They said it would be 4 weeks for the work. They had my car a month I took my 2024 Tahoe with 5000 miles on it in for body work due to hail damage. They said it would be 4 weeks for the work. They had my car a month and a half. I finally call to find out what was going on They said they are waiting on a radio module. (Not sure what a radio module and body work has in common). They said the part was on backorder and that gm had just went on strike. (No telling how long that would take) So I asked does the car run they said yes I said can I please come get my car and the oil needed to be changed. They told me to give them an hour. 2 hours later I show up they have no idea where my car is. (Body shop had it since 8am) Oil hasent been changed. They proceed to tell me the car won't start. I'm now really pissed. They said the radio is pulling and draining the battery. They finally unplug the radio and a couple of batteries later I have my car. I took it to another dealership to find out they had grounded out my radio and it's fried. Had to get a new radio head. I will never do business with this dealership again. They suck! More

Multi point inspection never prints out. It’s never given to customer unless it’s requested. It’s always the same excuse it just doesn’t print. Which is unacceptable. I like to receive copies of any inspection done on my vehicle. The copy that was given to me was in black-and-white and couldn’t tell what was abnormal unless told by receptionist. Adviser unavailable to explain report, was given a Business card to call back when less busy. Which was upsetting due to the fact I spent almost $500 in services. Even more upsetting because results state I had a fluid/engine leak that needed to be addressed. Check-in and check-out process needs improvement. More
