Stefanie told me the parts were in for my two recalls and scheduled me for 7am October 16th. After I check in and waited around for 90 minutes, the cashier comes over to me to tell me the parts did not come scheduled me for 7am October 16th. After I check in and waited around for 90 minutes, the cashier comes over to me to tell me the parts did not come in and may come in today. I wasted 50 miles, time and gas on my leased truck and this is truly unacceptable. The Director was not available at the time. More

Waited for oil change, said it would take 1. -1/2 hours and fix seat belt factory recall. After 2 hours I was told it would take 2 more hours. Car engine was left dirty, seat belt not fixed.
